Download and fill in the booking form.
Send this form, your photograph/s and deposit to the Studio (make sure you write you name on the back of the photograph), you can post it to the address at the bottom of this form or why not come and visit me at the studio.
Once your portrait has been completed (usually within 10 days), I will contact you and you will be able to collect it from the Studio or it can be posted if you are unable to collect.
The full balance of the order is required on collection, or before being posted. |
